1) Selection of Method of Presentation
- Select your favorite method of presentation (oral or poster when submitting your abstract.
- Oral presentation shall be in English.
2) Oral Presentation
- Oral presentation shall consist of 8-minute presentation and 3-minute Q&A session.
- The presenters shall confirm their own presentation time and arrive at the place for presentation
at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled presentation time for preparations.
3) Poster Presentation
- The poster presenters shall attach their presentation materials (A0: 841*1189mm or whole paper: 788*1090mm) at Gymnasium by 09:00AM on May 21, 2011 (Sat) and be on standby for Q&A time at the place on Sunday, May 22, from 14:00 to16:00.
