¢Â The oral presentation will be scheduled as an 8-minute presentation in English and 3-minute
discussion also in English. Interpreters from Chinese, Japanese, and Korean to English will
be available during the discussion
¢Â Oral presenters will be able to submit their presentation (PPT) files via e-mail
(kacepsymposia@hanmail.net) from April 26 to 30, 2010. Online submission of the file is not
required but is strongly encouraged. If you submit the file on site, you must do so at least
two hours prior to the start beginning of your session for preview of your presentation.
Please, make sure to be on time
¢Â Display board for poster presentation is 841mm wide and 1189mm high (A0 size)
¢Â The poster will be displayed by 10 AM on May 29, 2010 in the lobby, and authors are required
to be present for an hour of viewing time. The date and time of your presentation will be
notified by e-mail
